The Workforce Development Steering Group is responsible for children's workforce development and reforms the agenda on behalf of the Children's Trust. It does this by:

• Leading on the national and local children and young people's workforce reform on behalf of the Children and Young People's Trust
• Acting on national and local children and young people's workforce development initiatives and workforce reform activities, as delegated by the Children and Young People's Trust Board.
